Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hento.ai, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Faulty items: If your product is defective, damaged, or not working as expected, you can request either an exchange or a refund of the original purchase price.
Non-faulty items: For returns due to change of mind or other non-faulty reasons, items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with all tags intact, and in a resaleable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Common Reasons for Returns
Returns may be accepted for:
Missing accessories or components
Product not working as expected
Item not compatible with your device
Product does not match the description
Packaging was opened or tampered with on arrival
Item arrived damaged
Wrong item received
How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return or refund via your My Account page:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Orders and select the item you’d like to return.
Click the Request Refund button and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, contact us at hello@hento.ai or through our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer either a full refund or an exchange of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or operational reasons, including but not limited to:
Custom-built or special-order items
Consumables or single-use items (e.g., cleaning kits, screen protectors once unsealed)
Earphones, in-ear devices, or wearable tech that have been opened or used
Products with tampered or broken factory seals
Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper handling
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is no longer in a resaleable condition or is missing original packaging or accessories.
Exchanges / Replacements
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a separate order for a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Change of Mind
For non-faulty items, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days if the item meets return eligibility criteria. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Warranty
All items at Hento.ai come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 6 months. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
